Who we are

Main Lugs is job management software for commercial electrical contractors, made by AICHEETAH IO LLC (doing business as Worxel), https://worxel.com. Questions about this policy go to matthew@mainlugs.com.

What we collect

• Account data. Names, work email addresses, roles and the company name for the people a contractor invites into Main Lugs.
• Job data. What a contractor enters to run its jobs: customers, sites, employees, time, costs, change orders, pay applications, invoices, payments, documents and photos. This is the contractor's data. We process it to provide the service and for nothing else.
• Walkthrough requests. What you type into the form on this site: name, company, email, phone, the size of your crew and your answers to the fit questions, plus the page you were on, the referring site and any campaign tags in the address.
• Usage and device data. Server logs with IP address, browser and timestamps, and, where enabled, Google Analytics page and event data on this marketing site.

How we use it

To run Main Lugs for the contractors that use it, to send transactional email (sign-in links, approval links, digests), to answer walkthrough requests, to keep the service secure, and to understand which pages of this site people read. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

Service providers that host and operate Main Lugs on our behalf: Amazon Web Services (hosting, storage and email delivery) and MongoDB Atlas (database). Google Analytics, where enabled, receives page and event data from this marketing site. We may disclose information when the law requires it.

Retention and export

A contractor can export every record as CSV at any time, including after cancelling. We keep account and job data while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward so a contractor can retrieve it, then delete it. Walkthrough requests are kept while we are in contact and deleted on request.

Cookies

Main Lugs sets one cookie, the sign-in session, on the application. This marketing site sets no cookies of its own; Google Analytics, where enabled, sets its usual cookies.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access inside a contractor's account is limited by role, and field roles never see cost, rate, price or margin fields. No system is perfectly secure; tell us about a problem at matthew@mainlugs.com and we will act on it.

Your choices

Ask us to correct or delete information about you at matthew@mainlugs.com. Main Lugs is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

We will post changes to this policy here with a new effective date.
